How we help businesses get set up, get unstuck and get found.
Farmington Valley Crematory
Canton, Connecticut
The only crematory in the Farmington Valley, operating quietly inside a long-established family funeral home. It did the work well, but online it barely existed as a business of its own — so families looking for cremation, and funeral directors looking for a crematory partner, had little reason to find it.
What we proposed:
- Its own presence — a dedicated phone line, a properly set-up Google Business Profile, signage, and a standalone website the client owns outright. A clickable website concept was built for the first meeting.
- More to offer — a quiet trade program for funeral homes across the region that don't have a crematory of their own, and clear guidance for families and for the hospices, care homes and attorneys who advise them.
- Wider awareness — regular articles and video with the owner as the face of the business, a steady flow of reviews, and a stronger presence on social media.
- Honest measurement — a monthly scorecard showing calls, cases and referrals against what was spent, with no growth figures promised.
Proposal presented October 2026. The pitch deck shown here is a shortened case-study edition. Results will be added as the work progresses.
City Steam Brewery
Hartford, Connecticut
A Hartford craft brewery planning a relaunch, needing a plan that would work for two audiences at once: the people who drink the beer, and the stores, bars and distributors who decide whether it's on the shelf.
What we prepared:
- A full relaunch plan — the problem, the market, the buyers, the campaign and the first 30 days — in a 27-slide deck.
- A trade pitch — a 10-slide deck for stores, bars and distributors.
- A website prototype — eight pages for drinkers and the trade, with an age check first.
- Campaign concepts — nine short concept videos, a trade film and four print pieces, produced as AI-assisted drafts for review.
- The Lightbulb Report — an eleven-episode, one-minute presentation series for the HUDDLE business network, built on this case.
Pitch-stage work presented October 2026. Nothing has been launched.
HUDDLE Business Network
Connecticut
A Connecticut business referral group of around twenty members that meets every week on Zoom, and needed one place to run the group.
What we built:
- A members-only web application at huddle.business, behind a secure sign-in — member areas are private by design.
- Referral tracking, guest invitations and a weekly meeting runner, with the site itself writing every email the group sends.
- Narrated, guided walkthroughs that show members how to use each part of the site.
- Built end to end with AI — AI-assisted member and service descriptions, AI-generated build instructions and AI design tooling.
Live and in weekly use by the group.
Payment Fellow
Glastonbury, Connecticut
An independent merchant-services business helping local businesses understand — and lower — what they pay to accept card payments, competing for attention against national processors.
What we built:
- The website at paymentfellow.com.
- The Light Bulb Report — a plain-English guide to card processing, organised into fifty short sections a merchant can open one at a time.
- A growth roadmap and promotion plan.
- A video plan built from search evidence — six short videos answering the questions Connecticut merchants actually search, such as whether a credit-card surcharge is legal in Connecticut and why a processing rate goes up.
- A reviews playbook and business phone setup.
Live.
